This month’s event for SINGLES at the LAKE CITY CAMPUS features UNIQUE and incredible teaching. Pastor Cliff Low (from our West Seattle Campus) is married with children… BUT God saw fit to bless him with a loving spouse and wonderful children at a much later season than many other pastors and particularly at Mars Hill Church. His views on singleness share the same biblical foundation as all Mars Hill leaders, but he’s equipped with a unique life perspective to share.

Pastor Cliff will speak on the following issues: Getting married later in life, Fear and Pressure, Cultural Pressures as a single man, Church Pressures as a single Christian, Personal Pressures, Biblical Pressure, and more.

What was a unique opportunity for life and ministry in terms of being single? What was harder in terms of life and ministry as a single? Pastor Cliff’s wife Hyun Ju will participate in the evening and share the woman’s perspective.

There are plenty of lies culture feeds us about singleness, sex, and marriage, but equal pressure and bad counsel abound in your church family. What does the Bible say? What counsel do mature Christian singles and married couples have to share? Single men and women are invited to join pastors and leaders and discuss over an evening of fellowship, teaching, and table discussion. Singles will also have opportunities before and after the teaching to help prepare the campus for Good Friday and serve as part of our lives together as Jesus’ church.
