The summer is over, school has begun, and we are facing the long and sometimes frantic fall routine. It’s definitely time for Ladies Night, wouldn’t you agree? As fall midweek programming begins in October, the third Wednesday of each month has been set aside just for the women of Lake City. It is refreshing to see the obvious commitment to the discipleship of the many women at Mars Hill, and we guarantee that each Ladies Night will be well worth your while!

Okay, so there probably won’t be half price margaritas, but there will be lots of laughter, fellowship, teaching, testimonies, round table discussions and much more. Suffice it to say, if you long for stronger connection with the women you slip past at church on Sunday, have a hunger for God’s Word and what He says about daily living, desire to hear what other women in the Lake City community think about life, or just desperately need a night out you won’t want to miss the third Wednesday of each month this fall.

October 15th will be the first official Ladies Night for the women of Lake City! We’ll kick things off with a focus on the joys and responsibilities of true friendship among women who love the Lord and what this looks like as we slog through our daily routines and seek to serve Jesus in an often harsh world.

Doors will be open at 6:30pm, with refreshments provided. Our official program including our special guest speakers (two dynamic team-teaching friends you won’t want to miss!) will begin promptly at 7:00pm so come early for time to chat with an old friend or meet a new friend. And feel free to bring someone along with you. There will be plenty of room and the topic of friendship is one close to every woman’s heart.
