GIRLS NIGHT OUT Friday June 20, 7pm

Time to party at the Wedgwood Campus, ladies.  Focused on fun, with an eye to mission and vision as women of Wedgwood and how that translates to participation in community, any and all women are welcome to come and kick off the summer with some intentional time together and prayer.  Our married men are asked to watch the kids tonight, so we can bring together women from all seasons of life for fellowship: students, singles, wives, moms, empty-nesters and grandmothers all living life together to the glory of God.

Member Amy Knorr and other hard-working women of the campus have put together a great night for any women who would like to attend.  Just show up and join the gathering girls in the Commons at the Wedgwood Campus of Mars Hill Church.  It’s a great place for single ladies and any women who have not made significant connections with our community to meet new acquaintances, forge new friendships, find people who live close or share interests, and just enjoy the company of friendly Christian family.

From Friendship to Fear

By Amy Knorr
Fear not for I am with you. (A paraphrase of Deuteronomy 31:8  “The LORD is the one who goes ahead of you; He will be with you. He will not fail you or forsake you. Do not fear or be dismayed.”) This was the first verse I learned as a very small child.  [...]
